Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, a private buyer has the right to notify the seller that they are withdrawing from their purchase, without penalty and without stating any reason, within 14 working days from the day following the delivery of the product or the conclusion of the service contract. This right of withdrawal does not apply to professional buyers.

Within this period, the private buyer must notify their intention to withdraw by email to info@corica.be and return, at their own cost and risk, the delivered product to Corica SRL: Brusselsesteenweg 426-428, 3090 Overijse.

The products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and accompanied by all accessories, the user manual, and the original invoice/delivery note. The returned products must not have been unpacked, unsealed, or used in any way. Incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, or soiled goods will not be accepted.

Within 30 days following acceptance of the returned goods, the seller undertakes to refund any payment made, excluding shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for perishable goods sold online. This limitation is justified due to the perishable nature of the goods and the fact that, once delivered, the seller can no longer guarantee that they have been properly stored.

In the event of abusive returns, Corica SRL reserves the right to refuse any subsequent order.
