Discover our Decaf Brazil CO2, a coffee grown between 900 and 1,000 meters above sea level in the hills of Sul de Minas, in the heart of the emblematic Minas Gerais region. Made from Mundo Novo and Catuai varieties, this coffee reflects all Brazilian expertise combined with a modern approach to decaffeination. After harvesting, carried out both manually and mechanically, the beans are treated using a natural method before being decaffeinated using the CO₂ process. This gentle technique uses pressurized carbon dioxide to extract caffeine while preserving the aromatic integrity of the bean. The coffee is then slowly dried to regain its optimal moisture content, guaranteeing consistent product quality. The result? A harmonious and balanced cup, with aromas of dark chocolate and dried fruits. This coffee reveals a beautiful finesse on the palate, ideal for enjoying all the pleasure of coffee without caffeine, at any time of the day.
