Uganda Drugar (Dry Ugandan Arabica) is an Arabica coffee prepared using the natural method, a skill passed down from generation to generation by Ugandan producers.
Sourced from various regions of the country and cultivated by numerous smallholder farmers, it reflects the diversity of the land and the authenticity of the Ugandan coffee tradition.
The term Drugar refers to naturally dried Arabica: the cherries are dried whole in the sun before hulling, a method that intensifies the sweetness and develops a rich aromatic complexity. This process gives the coffee a classic and traditional profile, enhanced by a characteristic fruity expression.
Harvested mainly from October to February (main harvest) and also between April and August (fly crop), this coffee is carefully prepared and then packed in 60 kg bags.
We have chosen a medium roast to preserve its balance while fully revealing its depth. In the cup, Uganda Drugar offers a harmonious structure, with notes of red fruits, dark chocolate, and hazelnut.
