The Daterra Sunrise is grown on the oldest plantation in the region of Cerrado. This vast tropical savannah covers one fifth of Brazil's territory. By making the most of particularly favorable conditions to grow coffee, dry, fresh winters followed by warm, humid summers, the Daterra farm - which means "from the earth" - has become a true laboratory for exceptional coffees since it was founded in 1976.
And this alignment of modern technology with ecological and environmental responsibility explains how Daterra succeeded in creating an exceptional coffee with a score of 82-84.
