It is true that coffee cultivation was only introduced in Australia in the eighties and the country only produces 120 tons per year (which is 20.000 times less than Brazil). But it didn't take the Australians long to develop a real fondness for the product up to the point where the city of Perth (South-west) is home to the highest number of coffee bars per person in the entire world. As a true trailblazer, the Skybury company is not only the first Australian coffee producer, but above all the most experienced. The company is located near the small town of Mareeba, on top of the Atherton Tablelands in Queensland (North-east).
