The beautiful valley of Antigua, enclosed by three volcanoes, is nowadays one of the most popular markets in the coffee business. The hot climate, a humidity level that's constantly around 65% and the abundant precipitation have turned the ancient capital of the Guatemalan kingdom into a suitable place to cultivate coffee of superior quality that is particularly appreciated by gourmets. The farmers have united themselves in small joint ventures and take great care when picking the berries by hand between the months of December and February.
